7. Minimum Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification:
    PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Computing, or a related domain.

  • Work Experience:
    At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including minimum five (5) years in a senior management role within the IT industry or IT systems.

    Note: Only post-qualification experience will be considered.

8. Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation within a large organization.

  • Proven record of deploying digital technologies to enhance governance, efficiency, and transparency.

  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies in:

    • Education

    • Research

    • Administration

    • Cybersecurity

    • Cloud Computing

    • Artificial Intelligence (AI) Applications

  • Experience in leadership roles within large organizations.

  • Experience in engaging with national and international stakeholders.
