An eminent professional of known integrity and competence, holding an appropriate degree in the relevant fields, and is experienced with a minimum of twenty years of related experience in the field of natural gas, including the transmission and distribution of the roof.

The Member (Gas) shall be appointed for an initial of three years and shall be eligible for reappointment for a term of four years subject to the condition of attainment of 65 years of age, whichever is earlier, and other conditions of the contract.
