Vacancy Announcement

In accordance with the MTI Reforms Act 2015 and its subsequent amendments, the Health Policy Board invites applications from qualified professionals for the following contractual positions at its newly established office in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

1. Data Analyst (Healthcare Quality)

Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Sciences, Life Sciences, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Certification or formal training in data analytics, Power BI, or healthcare informatics is mandatory.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare data analytics role or similar capacity.

  • Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas), and Google Workspace (especially Google Forms and Sheets).

  • Strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.

2. Quality Assurance Specialist

Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or MBBS from a recognized university.

  • Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Public Health, or Quality Management is preferred.

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare quality or accreditation support roles is desirable.

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, JCI, or other international healthcare accreditation standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic knowledge of data analysis is an added advantage.

3. Operations Officer

Number of Positions: 01
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, finance, or procurement within reputable organizations.

  • Good understanding of government financial rules and PPRA/KPPRA procurement guidelines.
