Medical Surgeons (Fixed Pay Basis)

The Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals (male and female) for the post of Medical Surgeon on a fixed pay basis for a period of one (01) year, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

MBBS or equivalent qualification from a recognized university

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on credentials submitted online. Detailed verification will be conducted by the Appointing Authority. Any false or ineligible claims at any stage will lead to disqualification.

All applicants must create a profile on ETEA website. Before applying or depositing the fee, candidates must:

Print the E-Sahulat Token from the site.

Verify their CNIC at any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk).

Without this verification, applications cannot be submitted.

Shortlisted candidates will be issued interview call letters.

Screening test will be conducted by ETEA as per prescribed syllabus.

Applicants must be eligible in all respects by the closing date.

Late, incomplete, or fake applications will be rejected at any stage.

Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel and submit separate applications (with separate fees) if applying for multiple posts.

The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies with valid justification.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in tests/interviews.

Applicants with foreign degrees must submit HEC equivalency certificates.

Errors and omissions in advertised posts are subject to rectification.

Step-by-Step Application Process:

Visit the ETEA website: www.etea.edu.pk from 20th September 2025 and submit your online application.

After submission, a deposit slip (with Token Number, Project Code, and Candidate Info) will be generated.

Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee through:

Easypaisa App or Agent

JazzCash App

UBL Bank Branch or UBL Omni Agent

Keep the original, bank-stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) safe and do not share it with anyone.

Do not send documents to the ETEA office initially. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to present documents at a later stage.

Last Date to Apply: 06th October 2025

Candidates will receive SMS notifications from ETEA to:

Download Roll No. Slips

Print Admit Cards from the ETEA website

Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

No separate postal/courier call letters will be issued for the screening test.
