MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT REQUIRED

Qualification Requirements

  • Educational Background: MBBS, with a post-graduate degree in Hospital Management, Public Health Management, or an equivalent qualification such as MPH or MHM.

Experience Requirements

  • Professional Background: Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in roles like DMS (Deputy Medical Superintendent), AMS (Assistant Medical Superintendent), or MS (Medical Superintendent).

  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in the role of Medical Superintendent in a reputable tertiary care hospital.

  • Key Skills:

    • Proven vision and leadership for hospital administration.
    • Strong abilities in team-building, coordination, and management.
    • Result-oriented mindset with forward-looking administrative acumen.

  • Other Competencies:

    • Open to both seasoned civilian or retired armed forces doctors with robust administrative and operational expertise.
    • Skilled in handling regulatory bodies and relevant Government departments.
