Post Qualification and Experience
Medical Director Recognized Medical Degree with Management administrative experience in a senior management position in a health institution or organization. Applicant should have a record of excellence in clinical care. Minimum three years and preferably 7 years experience in leading a major hospital clinical unit in any clinical discipline including but not limited to medicine, surgery,etc
Manager Human Resource Master Degree in Human Resource or equivalent Degree in HR along with CHRP from recognized institution. Ideal candidate must have 5 to 8 years experience in the hospitals/ healthcare institution.
The candidate must be familiar with modern human years resources management techniques i.e. including HF MIS, ERP, Microsoft Officer and digital transformation of the HR system
Legal Advisor LLB or LLM with 15 years of relevant experience service, procurement, legal issues relating to MTI's act & regulations and tax related issues relating to MTI's act & regulations and tax related issues. The job role is for a qualified and experience lawyer who is fully capable of independently managing legal affairs of the company.
