Vacant Positions

Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development invites applications from eligible candidates holding Sindh domicile for appointment on a purely temporary and contract basis under the project funded by the Government of Sindh / BBSHRRDB (Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board).

Appointments will be made for a limited project duration (up to six months, extendable as per project requirements).

1. Master Trainers

A. Civil Technology

  • Maximum Age: 55 years

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • BE/B.Tech (Hons) / BSc Engineering (Civil) (16 years education) from an HEC-recognized university with relevant teaching/training experience
      OR

    • DAE (Civil Technology) from a recognized Technical Board with substantial relevant experience

B. General Electrician (Electrical Technology)

  • Maximum Age: 55 years

  • Qualification & Experience:

    • BE/B.Tech (Electrical) (16 years education) with relevant experience
      OR

    • DAE in Electrical Technology with 4 years’ relevant experience

    • Preference for candidates having General Electrician certification

2. Assistant Trainers

A. Civil Technology

  • Maximum Age: 35–55 years (as per category)

  • BE (Tech) / BSc Engineering (Civil)
    OR

  • DAE (Civil) / DAE (Architecture) with relevant experience

B. Mechanical Technology

  • BE / BSc (Mechanical Technology) (4 years)
    OR

  • DAE (Mechanical Technology) with relevant experience

C. Environmental / Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH Preferred)

  • BS Environmental Science or equivalent from HEC-recognized university

  • IOSH / NEBOSH certification will be considered an added qualification

  • Relevant professional experience required

D. Carpentry

  • DAE (Mechanical Technology) with Carpentry certification
    OR

  • Intermediate with NAVTTC/BBSHRRDB certification and relevant experience

E. General Electrician

  • DAE (Electrical Technology)
    OR

  • Intermediate with 6-month Electrician course and 3 years’ experience

F. Auto & Diesel / Auto Electrician

  • DAE (Auto & Diesel Technology) with relevant experience
    OR

  • Matric with Auto Electrician course and relevant experience

G. Industrial Electrician

  • DAE (Electrical Technology)
    OR

  • 6-month Industrial Electrician course with 3 years’ experience

H. Electronics / IT

  • BSc / B.Tech / BS in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Electronics
    OR

  • DAE (Electronics Technology) with relevant experience
