APPOINTMENT / POSTING OF MANAGING DIRECTOR – SCHEDULE

01 Managing Director Government (i) Master’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, preferably Engineering, Town Planning, Architecture, Project Management, Urban Planning, or Land Management.
(ii) At least fifteen (15) years of experience in relevant fields.
OR
A Civil Servant BS-20 or BS-21 with at least twenty (20) years of experience in the public sector, out of which at least five (5) years should be as the Head of an Organization/Department.
62 Years By Initial Recruitment through a competitive process OR By posting of a Civil Servant (BS-20/21).

Salary, Perks, and Privileges

  1. For Open Market Candidates: Selected candidates will be offered the MP-I Package with a 10% annual increment.
  2. For Civil Servants (BS-20 or BS-21): The selected candidate will receive his government salary with the possibility of an additional foundation allowance, subject to approval by the board.
  3. Maximum age limit to apply: 62 years.
  4. Appointment Tenure: The initial appointment will be for three (3) years, which may be extended for one (1) additional year (up to 65 years) based on satisfactory performance and the recommendation of the board.
