Job Profile

Selfmotivated professional with proven leadership and management skills with ability to effectively
implement strategy as directed by the BoD.
Fully conversant with local and international industry norms.
Excellent networking skills and rapport with key industry stakeholders.
Leads the team with creativity and agility, with forward looking approach for identification of challenges and market emerging trends.
Possesses expertise in managing fmancials. governance, risks and fiscal discipline.
Strong knowledge of the internal workings and good practices in steel downstream machines Manufacturing.
Expertise in business development. managerial and socialization ioroc t skills.
Meet criteria as per SECP.
Responsible for all aspects of the business, including financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting.
Set and drive the strategic vision of the business to achieve sustained, long term profitable growth, create an enabling environment, evaluate, and solve challenges encountered by the company's operations.
Develop and maintain excellent health and safety standards, consistent product quality, manufacturing efficiency, implement operational best practices and coordinate with line Ministry and other Government Departments.

Qualification

Bachelor \tasters in Mechanical /Industrial Engineering or related engineeringdisciplines. preferably with \ 113. \ qualifications.

Experience

Candidate must have 20 years or more post qualification experience ofworking in an engineering steel manufacturing/ fabrication firm with at least 05 years at a senior management position.
Experience in strategy/ corporate planning/ business development.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 55 years. Relaxation of 1-2 years can be given based on exceptional qualification. experience and performance.

Emoluments

Based on qualification, experience, and suitability of the individual. This position is on a 03 years renewable contract. subject to mutual consent.
