ESTABLISHMENT OF CITIZEN FACILITATION CENTERS (CFCs) IN KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA

JOB ADVERTISEMENT

The Science & Technology & Information Technology Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online applications from suitable candidates for project-based positions under the ADP project titled “Establishment of Citizen Facilitation Centers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.”
Appointments will be made on a fixed pay, purely contractual basis for an initial period of one (01) year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and continuation of the project.

Available Positions

1. Manager Technical (BPS-18)

• Number of Positions: 01

• Location: Peshawar

• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering / ICT or a relevant field.

Experience:

• At least 07 years of hands-on experience in software development.

• Minimum 04 years of experience in managing or leading a technical team.

2. Finance & Accounts Officer (BPS-17)

• Number of Positions: 01

• Location: Peshawar

• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Commerce / Finance / Accounting or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 05 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a public or private sector organization.

3. Manager Administration, Finance & Procurement (BPS-18)

• Number of Positions: 01

• Location: Peshawar

• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in Management / Finance / Project Management or a relevant field.

Experience:

• At least 07 years of overall experience, including:

  • Minimum 04 years in administration, procurement, and financial management.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with public sector experience.

4. Facility Management Officer (BPS-17)

• Number of Positions: 01

• Location: Abbottabad

• Upper Age Limit: 45 Years

• Minimum 16 years of education in Management / ICT or a related discipline.

Experience:

• At least 03 years of relevant experience.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out later, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.

2. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website and verify their CNIC through NADRA e-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying.

3. Only candidates having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Districts are eligible.

4. Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be further screened based on eligibility criteria.

5. Appointment will be purely on a contractual basis till completion of the project as per Project Implementation Policy (PIP) 2022.

6. A lump-sum salary package will be offered according to PIP 2022.

7. Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.

8. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the closing date.

9. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

10. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel.

11. Original documents along with one set of attested copies must be produced at the time of interview.

12. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or reject the recruitment process at any stage.

13. Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.

14. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.

15. In case of foreign degrees, an equivalence certificate from HEC is mandatory.

16. Providing incorrect information may result in rejection and legal action.

How to Apply

1. Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online.

2. After submission, a deposit slip containing token number, project code, and candidate details will be generated.

3. Deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App/Agent or at any UBL Bank branch.

4. Keep the original deposit slip with bank stamp for record.

5. Do not send documents to ETEA. Documents will be required only from candidates who qualify the test.

6. Online application forms will be available from 22 December 2025.

7. Last date for online application submission is 10 January 2026.

8. Roll Number Slips will be available online and candidates will be informed via SMS.

9. Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.

10. No separate call letters will be issued through postal or courier services.
