CAREER OPPORTUNITY

Sialkot Waste Management Company (SWMC) is dedicated to modernizing solid waste management systems in Sialkot. SWMC offers professionals a chance to work in a progressive environment with market-competitive salaries and growth opportunities. Applications are invited for various positions based in District Sialkot & District Narowal on a contract basis.

Position Details:

1. Manager Operations

  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or equivalent (HEC recognized).
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience in public or private sector organizations.
  • Age Limit: 45 years (maximum).
  • Salary: PKR 150,000/- (including all allowances).
  • Vacancies: 1 position.

2. Field Monitoring Officer

  • Qualification: Intermediate (or equivalent), preferably with a one-year diploma as a Sanitary Inspector.
  • Experience: Field experience and computer skills preferred.
  • Age Limit: 40 years (maximum).
  • Salary: PKR 50,000/-
  • Vacancies: 47 positions (divided across Sialkot, Daska, Sambrial, Pasrur, Zafarwal, and Shakargarh).

3. In-Charge Dumpsite

  • Qualification: Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil or equivalent.
  • Experience: Preference for candidates with relevant field experience and computer skills.
  • Age Limit: 40 years (maximum).
  • Salary: PKR 50,000/-
  • Vacancies: 24 positions (various locations).

4. IT Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree (15 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Relevant experience preferred.
  • Age Limit: 40 years (maximum).
  • Salary: PKR 50,000/-
  • Vacancies: 7 positions (based in Sialkot and Narowal, including surrounding areas).
