CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions on a contract basis, as per the approved recruitment policy of WSSCO.

1. Manager Operations

• Qualification:

  • Master’s/BE in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or MSc in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institute (Minimum 16 years of education).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in operational positions, with demonstrated corporate governance knowledge and familiarity with requirements of donor agencies/financing providers.

• Age Limit: 35–45 Years

2. Manager Finance

• Qualification:

  • CA, ICMA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) / BBA (Hons) in Finance from a recognized institute; OR a Master’s Degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university/institute (Minimum 16 years of education).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of post-qualification experience in international, national, public, or private organizations.

• Age Limit: 35–45 Years

3. Assistant Manager (Procurement & Supply Chain)

• Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university (Minimum 16 years of education).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, contract management, supply chain, or logistics in public or private sector organizations.

  • Experience with PPRA/KPPRA rules will be preferred.

• Age Limit: 27–40 Years

4. Assistant Manager (Operations/Environment)

• Qualification:

  • Master’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or MSc in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institute (Minimum 16 years of education).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in international, national, public, or private organizations.

  • Experience in similar projects (e.g., solid waste management) will be preferred.

• Age Limit: 27–40 Years

5. Assistant Manager (Water Supply & Sanitation)

• Qualification:

  • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (4 years) or MSc in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university/institute (Minimum 16 years of education).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years of post-qualification experience in the planning, designing, and execution of Water Supply & Sanitation projects in public or private organizations.

• Age Limit: 27–40 Years

6. IT Officer

• Qualification:

  • BCS, BIT, or MCS from an HEC-recognized institute (16 years of education).

  • MCSE or CCNA certification will be an added advantage.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 02 years of post-qualification relevant experience.

• Age Limit: 27–40 Years

TERMS OF RECRUITMENT

1. Application Submission:
   Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form, available for download from the official website or Facebook page of WSSCO (www.wsscdikhan.pk). The completed form, along with attested copies of all educational and employment documents and proof of payment of the prescribed processing fee, must be sent to the following address:
   Office of the Chief Executive Officer, Water & Sanitation Services Company Dera Ismail Khan (WSSCO), Jahaz Chowk, Kacheri Road, Dera Ismail Khan.

2. Last Date:
   Applications complete in all respects must reach the above address on or before 20-09-2026 at 04:00 PM through a registered courier/postal service. Applications sent via email or received after the due date and time shall not be entertained.

3. Proper Channel:
   Candidates already serving in Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, or other public sector organizations must apply through the proper channel, accompanied by an NOC from the competent authority.

4. Shortlisting:
   Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for the interview/presentation. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/presentation.

5. Multiple Applications:
   Candidates intending to apply for more than one position must submit separate applications along with the prescribed processing fee for each position.

6. Foreign Degrees:
   Degrees/diplomas obtained from foreign institutions must be accompanied by an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.

7. Selection Criteria (Marks Breakdown):

   • Qualification:

     • Minimum Required (16 years): 40 Marks

     • One Step Higher (18 years): 05 Marks

     • Two Steps Higher (18+ years): 10 Marks

   • Experience: 30 Marks

   • Interview/Presentation: 20 Marks

   • Total: 100 Marks

8. Salary:
   Market-based/competitive salaries shall be offered in accordance with the provisions of the WSSCO Human Resource Manual and approved salary structure.

9. Eligibility:
   Candidates dismissed on disciplinary grounds from any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or private sector organization shall not be eligible to apply.

10. Reservation of Rights:
    WSSCO reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the number of posts, qualifications, or the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
