The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) – the National Flag Carrier – operates globally through its group of companies, undertaking a wide range of shipping operations. PNSC is seeking high-caliber, experienced, and result-oriented professionals to join its dynamic team for the following positions:

?? Available Positions

1. Manager (Bulk Carrier Chartering)

Qualification & Experience:

Option 1:

• Master Mariner (FG)

• Sailing experience in a senior capacity, along with a minimum of 01 year of shore experience in the commercial division of a reputable Dry Bulk vessel owning company, Dry Bulk commercial operator, or commercial management company, with direct involvement in handling pre/post fixture activities.

Option 2:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Minimum 05 years of shore experience in a commercial division of a reputable Dry Bulk vessel owning company, Dry Bulk commercial operator, or commercial management company, with direct involvement in handling pre/post fixture activities.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Ship command experience

• MICS qualification (Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers)

Maximum Age Limit: Up to 50 years

2. Manager (Dry Bulk Operations)

Qualification & Experience:

Option 1:

• Master Mariner (FG)

• Sailing experience in a senior capacity, along with minimum 01 year of shore experience in the commercial division of a reputable Dry Bulk vessel commercial operator, with direct responsibility in handling pre-fixture activities.

Option 2:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Minimum 05 years of relevant shore experience in a Dry Bulk commercial division with direct responsibility for pre-fixture operations.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Ship command experience

• MICS qualification

Maximum Age Limit: Up to 50 years

3. Manager (CPP – Tanker)

Qualification & Experience:

Option 1:

• Master Mariner (FG)

• Sailing experience on tankers in a senior capacity, along with minimum 01 year of shore experience in the commercial division of a reputable Tanker Owning Company, Tanker Commercial Operator, or Commercial Management Company, with direct involvement in tanker pre/post fixture activities.

Option 2:

• Master’s degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.

• Minimum 05 years of relevant shore experience in tanker commercial operations, involving pre/post fixture activities.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

• Ship command experience

• MICS qualification

Maximum Age Limit: Up to 50 years

• Nature of Appointment:
  Contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable by mutual consent.

• Compensation:
  Selected candidates will be offered a market-based remuneration package, commensurate with qualification and experience.
