Position Details

  • Designation: Manager Gymnasium

  • Academic Qualification:

    • Graduation degree (minimum requirement).

    • Higher educational qualifications will carry additional weightage, preferably in the field of Sports Science or Physical Education.

  • Minimum Experience: 05 years of relevant, verifiable, and demonstrable managerial experience in the Fitness, Service, or Hospitality industry.

  • Age Limit: 35 to 45 years of age.

  • Physical Criteria: Must be medically fit and possess a professional appearance.

Key Requirements & Skills

  • Energetic, creative, committed, and a natural team leader.

  • Proven command in managing a team of fitness professionals and general staff.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-relation skills.
