Job Description

The Manager – Production will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete production operations of the Solvent Extraction Plant, ensuring optimal efficiency, quality standards, safety compliance, and continuous improvement in plant performance.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
    OR

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized institution

Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in Solvent Extraction Plant operations and management

  • Strong leadership, production planning, process optimization, and team management skills
