VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Khyber Teaching Hospital (KTH), a constituent Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is an equal opportunity employer and invites applications from suitable candidates for the following positions.

1. Available Positions

1. Manager Internal Audit

Grade: Equivalent to BPS-18/19
Number of Positions: 01

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: CA, ACCA, or CMA.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years of relevant managerial experience in audit or finance.

• Candidates possessing CA/ACCA/ICMA with strong audit background will be preferred.

2. Senior Auditor

Grade: BPS-17 (Equivalent)
Number of Positions: 02

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: ACCA, ICMA, or CA Inter.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, including 2 years relevant experience in audit and finance.

3. Audit Trainees

Grade: Internal Training Position
Number of Positions: 03

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: ACCA (Finalist).

• Experience: Fresh candidates may apply.

• Note: Audit trainee tenure will be as per ACCA training requirements.

Application Submission Procedure

1. Create an online account and fill out the application form.

2. Upload scanned copies of all required documents.

3. Download the challan form, pay the non-refundable processing fee in the designated bank, and upload the deposit slip.

4. Print the completed application form and submit it along with attested copies of:

   • Academic Certificates

   • Experience Certificates

   • Domicile

   • CNIC

   • Two (02) Passport-size Photographs

   • Original Bank Receipt

3. Payment Schedule

4. Terms & Conditions

1. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.

2. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees.

3. If the closing date falls on a public holiday, it will be extended to the next working day.

4. Incomplete applications or those missing required documents will be rejected.

5. Only relevant experience acquired after the required qualification will be considered.

6. Equivalency certificates from HEC Pakistan must be provided (where required).

7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

8. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.

9. MTI-KTH reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the advertised positions at any stage.

10. Professional degrees without relevant transcripts/DMC/complete documentation will result in application rejection.

11. Selected candidates will be required to submit an indemnity bond on judicial stamp paper as per institutional policy.

12. Any attempt to influence the selection process will result in immediate disqualification.

13. Government servants must apply through proper channel.

14. Recruitment will be governed under the MTI Reform Act 2015 and subsequent amendments.
