The Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) invites applications from suitable candidates for appointment against the following positions based at Quetta within the POST FLOOD RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM 2022-INTEGRATED FLOOD RESILIENT ADAPTATION PROJECT (IFRAP), World Bank funded Project, especially for Component III: Resilient Housing Reconstruction and Restoration. This initiative seeks to recruit dedicated professionals who will contribute to the project's success through their expertise and commitment.

Basic Qualifications
Manager Disbursements & Accounts (Position-01)
Master's in Finance, Accounting or related field
Disbursement Officers (Position-01)
Accounts Officer (Position-01)
Engineers Regional-based (Divisions/District based) (Position-07)
District Officer/Regional Coordinator Regional-based (Division/Districts) (Position-07)
Community Field Supervisors Regional-based positions (Division/District) (Position-07)
IT Officer (Position-01)
Admin & HR Officer (Position-01)
Procurement Officer (Position-01)
Program Associates (Position-03)
Program Assistants (Position-03)
Experience Required
At least 07 years of relevant experience, with a focus on disbursements and financial management.
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field
At least 05 years of experience in financial operations and disbursements.
Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
At least 05 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
At least 05 years of experience in civil or structural engineering projects, preferably in housing reconstruction.
Bachelor's degree in Social Administration, or related project management and implementation. field
Sciences, Public At least 05 years of experience in district-level
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development or related field
At least 05 years of experience Proven experience in community mobilization and field supervision.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related
At least 03 years of experience in IT support and network/MIS management.
At least 05 years of Experience in office administration and human resource management, Supply chain Management/Procurement Management, Business Management or related Field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, Project Management, Procurement Management or any relevant field
At least 05 years Experience in procurement processes and vendor management.
At least 03 years of experience in program support and coordination.
