About the Role
Riphah International University is seeking a Manager - Digital Learning & Design to lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of digital learning initiatives across the university. This role focuses on integrating cutting-edge instructional design methodologies, digital tools, and emerging educational technologies to enhance learning experiences for both students and faculty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and project management, along with leadership skills to drive digital transformation in education.
Job Requirements
? Education:
- Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
? Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with faculty, administrators, and IT teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively in a dynamic university environment.
? Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in digital learning design, e-learning development, and educational technology.
