National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC) is a public limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017. The Company is looking for high caliber and experienced individuals for the following positions, on contract basis:

Sr.# Postition Qualification/ Experience Upper Age Limit
1 Manager Corporate & Regulatory Affairs
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualification i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred.
  • 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in dealing with the matters related to corporate and power sector regulator, tax
    authorities and other government bodies in a reputed
    organization.
  • Knowledge of Laws dealing with the electricity sector will be added advantage.
 45 years
2 Manager Litigation
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualification i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred.
  • 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience of dealing with the matters related to litigations and arbitrations in a reputed
    organization.
  • Knowledge of Laws dealing with the electricity sector will be added advantage.
 45 years
3 Manager Energy Contracts
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law. Candidates possessing higher qualification i.e., Master in Law OR Barrister at Law will be preferred.
  • 12 years post qualification experience including at least 3 years practice of High Court.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in negotiating, drafting and/or vetting of various kinds of agreements, deeds and instruments etc. in a reputed organization.
  • Knowledge of Laws dealing with the electricity sector will be added advantage.
 45 years
 

Tenure & Remuneration

Selected candidate(s) will be offered a contract for three years, extendable by mutual consent.
A market-based remuneration package will be offered commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
