MANAGER ARCHITECT
This role is responsible to oversee the design and construction process of projects in consultation with departmental Head.
ABOUT PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD
Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture from HEC recognized university or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 05 years of working experience in the relevant field.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
• Strong design, communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with architectural design software.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including coordination with the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and suggesting design changes.
• Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
• Develop new standards, policies, and procedures for architectural design and engineering work as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency in consultation with Departmental Head.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and organization's quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
• Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership.
