VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Pakistan Army – FF Regimental Center Record Wing, Abbottabad

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following vacant posts:

 Available Positions

1. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – (BPS-11)

  • Total Posts: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Matric (Secondary School Certificate)
  • Skills Required:
    • Typing speed of 30 words per minute
    • Must be computer literate

2. Sanitary Worker – (BPS-01)

  • Total Posts: 01
  • Qualification:
    • Middle / relevant basic education
  • Experience:
    • Must be skilled in relevant sanitation work

 General Criteria

  • Age Limit:
    • 18 to 30 years
  • Regional Quota:
    • Punjab (Local)

 Important Instructions

  1. Applications must be sent to:
    Admin Officer, FF Center Record Wing, Abbottabad
    ?? Last Date: 30 April 2026 (after publication of advertisement)
  2. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  4. Candidates must clearly mention their address and phone number on the application.
  5. Attach the following documents:
    • Attested copies of domicile
    • CNIC
    • Educational certificates
    • 2 recent passport-size photographs
  6. Submit Postal Order:
    • Rs. 1000 for LDC
    • Rs. 500 for Sanitary Worker
  7. During the probation period, candidates must qualify a Basic IT Course; otherwise, the department has the authority to terminate employment.
  8. Retired Army personnel can apply up to 45 years of age.
    • Under new pension rules, pension adjustments may apply.
  9. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in test/interview.
  10. Government employees must apply through proper channel.
  11. Selected candidates’ documents will be verified from relevant departments.
  • Submission of fake documents will result in immediate dismissal.
  1. Clearly mention the post name on the envelope when sending the application.
  2. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
