Program Overview

MOL Pakistan is launching the 5th Batch of its Local Trainee Program, aimed at providing fresh graduates from its operational areas with practical industry exposure and professional development opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Engineering
    • Earth Sciences
    • Social Sciences
    • Finance / Accounting
    • Or other relevant disciplines
  • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Minimum CGPA: 3.0 (or equivalent)

Graduation Year

  • Candidates must be fresh graduates of 2025

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency

Domicile Requirement

  • Only candidates with valid domicile of:
    • Karak
    • Kohat
    • Hangu
      are eligible to apply
