Senior Manager Purchase

Job Summary: Sr. Manager Purchase will be responsible to manage all procurement related work activities of Liaquat National Hospital & Medical College. He/she will be responsible to develop procurement strategies to ensure quality management and purchasing at economical and competitive prices ensuring professionally managed work practices. Sr. Manager Purchase will report to Director Administration.

Qualification & Experience: MBA(Supply Chain Management) or equivalent qualification with at least 10+ years related experience at successively higher levels of responsibility in Purchasing, including at least past 3 to 5 years at a managerial level. Good leadership and team building skills are essential for the position.


Senior Purchase Officer

Job Summary: Sr. Purchase Officer will be responsible to ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications, continued liaison with end users for specifications of items required and vendors to ensure timely supply of goods required of specified quality at competitive prices. This will include identifying new/better sources of purchase and improving purchasing systems and processes.

Qualification & Experience: MBA(Supply Chain Management) or equivalent qualification with 4 to 6 years related experience. Related experience in a health care organization or with pharmaceuticals will be an. advantage.

Manager Payroll

Job Summary: Incumbent will report to Director HR and will be responsible for ensuring timely processing & checking of the monthly payroll including earnings/deductions, overtime payments, loan repayments, statutory payments, & prepare reports for the same, maintaining readily available records, ensuring timely disbursement of the payroll.

Qualification & Experience: Should hold an MBA/ACCA or equivalent qualification, be well-versed with Payroll processing. He/she should have 8 to 10 years related work experience at a management level at successively higher level of responsibilities.
