Key Responsibilites :

  • To handle and monitor litigation cases before different courts/forums of law through external counsels, review the pleadings before fillg for the cours and maintain the status of court cases and follow up with the external lawyers
  • To vet agreements, MOUs, addendums etc and other legal documents and render legal opinion in the matter, if required
  • To provide legal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different legal issues after review of inquiry reports, charge sheets show cause notices, court orders and other relevant documents
  • Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, proposals etc. to ensure complaince to the prevalling laws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legal and statutory implications the the company

Education, Skills & Experience

  • The candidate must have a Law Degree from an HEC recognized Law School/University. Solicitor Bar-at-Law or LLM would be an added advantage
  • Possess upto 04 years of overall experience with minimum 1-2 years related experience in junior management position
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to work independently with excellent interpretation and drafting skills
  • The candidate should not be more than 30 years of age as of last date of sumission of the application
