The Privatisation Commission (PC) is entrusted with privatisation of government entities / assets. The Commission provides a stimulating and challenging environment, and is in the process of recruiting in-house Consultants, on contract basis, initially for a period of two years.

Applications are invited from qualified and task-oriented candidates who are permanent residents of .walpindi / Islamabad and halls the following eligibility criteria

Experience: Minimum seven (07) yea, legal practice in CIVIL / CRIMINAL / CORPORATE areas. Bev Responsibilities,
  • To represent PC in various courts and file / defend the litigation cases;
  • To prepare draft comments / replies on behalf of PC;
  • Streamline and evaluate ongoing litigation ones in different courts of Law with a view to strategde for expedidous disposals with optimum benefils to the organization;
  • To assist in drafting of Sale Purchase Agreements (SPA), and other documents;
  • To facilitate implementation and negotiation of contracts with the Financial Advisors and buyen of. SOEs along with expertise in providing day to day legal services on the matters relevant to PC;
  • Drafting legal instruments of corporate and transactional nature to ensure transparent (mar:dation process;
  • To keep liaison with Government departments, Government owned Corporations and Court;
  • To assist the management in drafting SOPs / Manual in line with the Commission Ordinance 2000 and Reguladons on recovery of sale proceeds and other operational and regulatory issues;
  • Formulating proposals for alternative dispute resolution mechanism and implemendng the finalized agreed solution;
  • Formuladon of Rules / and Regulations in line with the Ordinance;
  • Keep update on all receivables and payables and suggest viable options induding legal recourse to the Management;
  • Any other matter assigned by the Management / Board;
  • Any other work assigned by the Seniors.
Age Limit Maximum up to 40 Years.
Remuneration: Gross Salary =1,237,500R per month, in total.
 
  1. The candidates must possess excellent oral and written communications / presentation skills and proficiency in computers.
  2. The candidat. should have their own Laptop.
  3. Only short-listed candidates would be called for interview.
  4. Interview / Test shall be conducted in Islamabad only. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the purpose.
