A Public Sector Organization is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced legal professional on a purely contract basis. Applicants must hold degrees/certifications recognized by HEC/relevant boards and have the required post-qualification experience as detailed below:

  • Contract Duration: 3 years (Extendable based on performance)

  • Place of Posting: Islamabad

  • Salary Package: Market Competitive (Lump sum basis)

  • Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (including all relaxations) as of the closing date of application submission

Qualification Requirements

  • Academic Qualification:

    • LLB from a recognized institution

    • Preference given to candidates with:

      • Foreign qualifications

      • LLM degree holders

    • Must possess a valid Supreme Court of Pakistan license

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in legal practice

    • Proven expertise in the following legal domains:

      • Energy/Utilities Law

      • Construction Law & Building Codes

      • Environmental Law

      • Corporate Law

      • Arbitration Law

      • Procurement Law

    • Skilled in:

      • Drafting MOUs, agreements, rules, regulations, bylaws, SOPs

      • Legal and legislative drafting

    • Must be a practicing lawyer actively enrolled with the Pakistan Bar Council

  • Other Required Skills:

    • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across organizational levels

Prerequisites & Conditions

  • Providing false or forged information at any stage will result in disqualification and recovery of recruitment costs

  • The employer reserves the right to:

  • HEC Equivalence Certificate must be provided for foreign degrees
