Notice for Appointment of Legal Advisor (Part-Time and Temporary)

The Municipal Committee, Gujar Khan, requires the services of two part-time legal advisors on a monthly rate basis for the representation of its cases, in accordance with the Punjab Local Government (Legal Advisor) Rules 2003. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications, along with their credentials and other verified documents, by 20th September 2024 to the Office of the Municipal Committee, Gujar Khan.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum educational qualification: B.A., LL.B.
  • Minimum experience: 105 years of legal practice.
  • Must hold a valid High Court license.

The appointment is subject to government approval and will be for a period of two years. The legal advisor will be appointed specifically for the Gujar Khan course.
