At least 18 years of education in computer science/IT from a recognized HEC recognized university/institution with at least 5 years post qualification experience in software development, database administration, or related field in a reputed national/international organization. Age: 25 to 30 years (relaxable in case of initial appointment)

7. Office Assistant (SPS-15)

Posts: 03

At least 16 years of education from HEC recognized university/institution with 3 years post qualification experience in office management, secretarial work, or related field in a reputed national/international organization. Age: 23 to 30 years (relaxable in case of initial appointment)

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the information provided in the online application. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out as per eligibility criteria by the institute, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, before or after the test, will be disqualified.
2. All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online. After creating the profile and before depositing the fee for any post, candidates must print the E-Submit token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat branch (Pess). Without each application, candidates will not be able to apply.
3. Once successful submission of the online application, a pre-printed online deposit slip containing the candidate’s token number, project code, and personal information will be generated.
4. Candidates are required to deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa App, EasyPaisa agent, or any branch of UBL. Bank using the generated deposit slip.
5. The original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp must be retained by the candidate at all times and must not be altered with any third party.
6. After submission of the online application, candidates are not required to send any documents or testimonials to the ETEA office.
7. The online application forms will be available from 16th July, 2026 and the last date for submission of applications is 27th July, 2026.
8. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates must personally bring the printed roll number slips.
9. No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test.
10. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

PROCEDURE FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES AFTER ETEA TEST

1. Candidates who secure 50% or more marks in the ETEA test shall be eligible to submit the duly filled and signed application form, available on the Institute’s website (www.imsciences.edu.pk), along with an application processing fee of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in the form of a bank draft/pay order in favour of the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar.
2. The application must also include attested copies of academic certificates, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile certificate, and two recent passport-size photographs.
3. The application is required to be deposited in a non-refundable processing fee online through 1-Link/PO (Payment guide available on the job portal) the non-refundable processing fees are Rs. 4,000/- for Serial No. 1, Rs. 3,000/- for Serial No. 2, 3, 4 & 5, Rs. 3,000/- for Serial No. 6, and Rs. 1,000/- for Serial No. 7.
4. The complete application, in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the position applied for, must reach the Registrar/Establishment Section of the Institute within 10 days of the announcement of the ETEA test result. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
5. Eligibility shall be determined in all respects by the last date of receipt of applications for the ETEA test (27th July, 2026).
6. Upon successful communication by the HEC/Institute, only the shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
7. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel and provide NOC from their current employer.
8. Degrees from foreign universities must have HEC equivalence certificates. Non-English documents must include officially verified English translation.
9. Candidates applying for more than one position must submit a separate online application and pay a separate non-refundable fee for each position.
10. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview.
12. Candidates are required to visit the Institute of Management Sciences website regularly for updates.
