Vice Principal
Cambridge Coordinator

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male / Female
Health: Medically fit
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, administrative, and management skills are essential.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

1. Vice Principal

For Retired Armed Forces Officers:
- Minimum education: MA/MSc/MS along with M.Ed.
- At least 15 years of commissioned service (preferably from the Education Branch).
For Civilian Applicants:
- Minimum education: MA/MSc/MS along with M.Ed.
- Minimum 15 years of teaching and administrative experience at the college, secondary, or primary school level.

2. Cambridge Coordinator

Minimum education: MA/MSc/MS with M.Ed.
Minimum 15 years of relevant teaching and administrative experience specifically at the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) level.

Ineligibility Conditions

Candidates will not be considered if they:

Have been prematurely removed or dismissed from any post at a government or non-government institution.
Have been removed from any Fazaia institution due to disciplinary or misconduct issues.
Have a history of moral turpitude, financial misappropriation, or criminal offences.

Note: Applicants must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution to confirm eligibility.

Compensation and Benefits

An attractive salary package will be offered to selected candidates, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Employment will be contract-based, with annual renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
