SECTION 2: APPLICATION & SELECTION PROCEDURE

Important Dates & Deadlines

  • Application Submission Deadline: August 15, 2026 (via Courier Services).

  • Written Test (for BPS-9 & above): To be conducted by Arror Testing Service (ATS) Sukkur in the 4th week of August 2026.

Application Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Online Data Entry: Candidates must fill in the online data form available on the official website: www.gccpa.org.

  2. Physical Submission: Candidates must submit their applications through Courier Services to the respective Principal/Project Director as per the category below.

  3. Application Fee: A non-refundable Bank Draft must be submitted with the application (see fee structure below).

  4. Required Documents: Attested photocopies of CNIC, all educational testimonials, experience certificates, recent passport-size photograph, and Bio-Data (as per format on the website).

Important Rules & Instructions

  1. Single Application: Candidates may apply for only one post at one college at a time, as the written test will be conducted simultaneously.

  2. No Qualification Relaxation: No relaxation is allowed in the prescribed qualification criteria.

  3. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test/interview.

  4. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance is admissible.

  5. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be given as per Government of Sindh rules and for ex-servicemen in the most suitable cases.

  6. Pay Package: Pay packages and increments will be given by respective colleges as per Government of Sindh Pay Scales.

  7. Test Results: The results of the written test, along with marks and the selected/waiting list, will be uploaded by the respective colleges and ATS on their websites.
