Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for the following Teaching positions on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years, under Section 11(5)(e) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act, 2012 (Amendment 2024). These positions are available in the Institute of Computer Sciences & Information Technology, Faculty of Management & Computer Sciences, University of Agriculture, Peshawar.

Eligibility Criteria / Minimum Qualification

  • First Division Master’s Degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field

  • Degree must be obtained from an HEC-recognized university/institution

  • The candidate must not have more than three third divisions throughout their academic career

  • 22 to 35 years

  2. An original bank deposit slip of Rs. 2,000/- must be attached with the application form.

  3. A printed copy of the online application form, complete in all respects, along with attested copies of the following documents, must reach the University on or before 23-02-2026:

    • All degrees and certificates

    • Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs)

    • Medals and distinctions (at university level, if any)

    • Experience certificates (at university level)

  4. Candidates already serving in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) along with the application.

  6. No TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the test, demonstration, or interview.

  7. The University reserves the right not to fill any or all of the advertised posts without assigning any reason.

  8. Eligibility and quantification lists will be displayed on the University’s official website for information of candidates.

  9. The contract appointment for the post of Lecturer shall be extendable on a yearly basis, subject to satisfactory performance, up to a maximum period of three years only. No extension beyond three years shall be admissible as per the Act.
