Position: Principal (Female)

Pay Package: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 75,000 per month (negotiable).

Qualification/Experience Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Arts/Science (minimum 2nd Division) with B.Ed, M.Ed, or a Master's in Education from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
  • Higher qualifications are preferred.
  • At least five years of post-qualification experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or Headmaster in a reputable English medium secondary school.
  • Must possess excellent communication, presentation, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage communication with students, parents, the general public, and the media.
  • Age limit: Up to 55 years.

  • Nature of Employment:

  • Contractual appointment initially for two years, extendable based on satisfactory academic and financial performance.
