Age Relaxation Policy

  • Armed Forces Personnel: Up to 15 years relaxation for retired/released members.

  • Govt. Employees: 10 years relaxation (minimum 2 years continuous service required).

  • Disabled Persons: 10 years relaxation (for BPS-15 and below).

  • Minorities/Tribal Areas/Sindh (R): 3 years relaxation per Federal rules.

  • Widows/Children of Deceased Civil Servants: 5 years relaxation.

Application Submission Process

Required Documents:

  • Attested photocopies of CNIC, Domicile, Educational Degrees, and Experience Certificates.

  • 4x Fresh passport-sized photographs.

  • Postal Order: Candidates for BPS-05 and above must include a Rs. 500/- non-refundable postal order in the name of Commanding Officer 91 Ordnance Unit Hyderabad. (BPS-01 to BPS-04 are exempt).

Key Rules:

  • One Post Policy: A candidate can apply for only one position.

  • Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.

  • Probation: Initial appointment is on a one-year probation period (extendable) before regularization.

Testing venues are determined by the Pay Scale (BPS):

  • BPS-11: Central Ordnance Depot, Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi.

  • BPS-03 to 10: Ammunition Depot, Malir Karachi (near Check Post-4).
