A large service organization requires a "LADY SECRETARY" for MD's Secretariat in Head Office at Karachi.
The applicant must possess the following:-
- Must be Graduate with Good command over written and verbal English and Secretarial experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, Internet, E-mail etc.
- At least 05 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Well-organized, effective and pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with age bracket 30-40 years.
- Manage travel arrangements & processing of Visa applications.
- Coordinate office management activities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
