AGE RELAXATION
The maximum age limit may be relaxed to the extent as mentioned below. However, where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category, he/she shall be allowed age relaxation only in one category:

• By 05 years specific additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan as notified by Establishment Division on 22-10-2026.

• By 15 years in case of Candidate is Released or Retired Officers/Personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan (whichever is less).

• By 10 years in case of government servants who have completed 2 years continuous Govt service on the closing date of receipt of applications.

• By 10 Years in case of Person with Disability (Subject to provision of disability certificate by District Assessment Board/Social Welfare Department at the time of Interview).

• By 5 years in case of Widow/Widower or Son/Daughter of a deceased civil servant who died during service. Departmental Office Order/Notification of death must be provided at the time of Interview.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Eligible candidates shall apply online on our website njp.gov.pk (No Hard Copy will be entertained).
Last date to apply is 11 Nov 2026.

INTERVIEW/SELECTION PROCESS:
Eligible registered candidates shall appear in interviews to be conducted at FGEI (Cantts/Garrisons) Regional Office Aziz Bham Road Quetta Cantt as under:

• Naib Qasid & Sanitary Worker: 25 Nov 2026 (Wed) (09 AM to 04 PM)

• Laboratory Attendant & Chowkidar: 24 Nov 2026 (Tues) (09 AM to 04 PM)

Candidates must bring all original documents i.e. 1 x fresh passport size photograph, CNIC, domicile and educational certificates along with attested photocopies.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

2. The appointment is subject to verification of domicile certificate and academic degrees from relevant department and Police verification.

3. Govt servants must apply through proper channel and produce fresh No Objection Certificate from their department at the time of interview.

4. Any candidate found holding dual domicile or a domicile from another province will be disqualified immediately.

5. Dismissed/removed employees of any organization or having criminal record are ineligible.

6. FGEI (C/G) Directorate shall rely on information provided by candidates; in case any of the documents is found fake or bogus at any stage, candidature of the particular candidate will stand canceled.

7. The selected candidates may be posted in the respective Districts/Tehsils.

8. False information: If any information or document provided by the candidate is found bogus/fake at any stage (even after joining), the appointment will be terminated, and legal action will be initiated.

9. Age and qualification will be determined on closing date for receipt of applications.

10. 10% Quota for Women & 05% Quota for Minorities will be observed. However, in case of non-availability of suitable Candidates the post will be filled through Open merit.

11. The post will be filled from local domicile/resident of the advertised districts. However, in case of non-availability of suitable Candidates the post will be filled through Open merit.

12. No TA/DA is admissible for the written test and Interview.
