General Instructions

  1. Domicile: Applicants must be domiciled in Punjab.

  2. Apply Online: Visit eportal.kfueit.edu.pk and read all instructions carefully.

  3. Deadline: Submit online applications within 21 days from the date of publication.

  4. Editing Option: Candidates may edit their applications until the closing date.

  5. Government Employees: Must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.

  6. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.

  7. Application Fee: Upload a Paid Bank Challan of Rs. 1000 for each application. Download the challan from the KFUEIT Job Portal.

  8. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided.

  9. Age Relaxation: As per Government policy.

  10. Quotas: All government quotas will be observed.

  11. Right to Cancel: The University may cancel any post or all vacancies without assigning a reason.

  12. Increase/Decrease in Posts: University reserves the right to increase or decrease posts based on need and budget.

  13. Division Conversion Criteria:

    • Under Semester System:

      • GPA 3.00+ (out of 4.00) = 1st Division

      • GPA 2.30–2.99 = 2nd Division

      • GPA below 2.30 = 3rd Division
