Vacancy Announcement

Applications are invited for appointment on a contract basis for a period of three (03) years through the National Testing Service (NTS) from suitable candidates. Applicants must have the required qualifications and experience for the posts mentioned below, as per the eligibility criteria defined in:

  1. Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professional Service Rules, 2012 (as amended).
  2. Punjab Health Department Technical Posts Service Rules, 2003.
  3. Punjab Health Department Paramedical Establishment Service Rules, 2003.
  4. Punjab Health Department Miscellaneous Posts Services Rules, 2003.

Details of Posts

Post No. of Posts Qualification/Eligibility Criteria Age Limit
Radiographer As per need - 2-year diploma in relevant discipline recognized by Punjab Medical Faculty.
- Preference for candidates with 1-2 years' experience.		 18-35 years
Imaging & Radiology Technologist As per need - 2-year diploma in imaging or radiology from a recognized board.
- Additional qualifications in relevant discipline preferred.		 18-35 years

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Domicile: Both male and female applicants holding domicile of Punjab Province are eligible.
  2. Contract Basis: Appointment will be made under "The Contract Appointment Policy, 2004" initially for three (03) years, extendable based on performance.
  3. Merit-Based Recruitment: Recruitment will strictly follow the "Contract Appointment Policy, 2004/Recruitment Policy, 2022."
  4. Special Persons: Differently-abled candidates must attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with their Disability Certificate.
  5. Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted through NTS by January 4, 2025.

Application Requirements

  • Submit complete applications along with attested copies of:
    • Educational certificates.
    • CNIC and two (02) passport-sized photographs.
    • Equivalence certificates (if applicable).
  • Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be entertained.

Additional Instructions

  1. Candidates must present original documents at the time of the interview.
  2. Age relaxation will be granted as per Punjab Government S&GAD Notifications and Recruitment Policy, 2022 (10 years for females, 7 years for males).
  3. Persons already in government service must apply through their department with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  4. Final terms and conditions will be determined on the actual date of appointment.
  5. The department reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any post without prior notice.

Application Submission Process

  1. Apply online by visiting the National Testing Service (NTS) website.
  2. Submit the following documents via courier to NTS:
    • Duly filled application form.
    • Original fee deposit slip (paid at designated banks or via online banking).
    • Copies of CNIC, educational, and experience certificates.
    • Two (02) recent passport-sized photographs.
  3. Roll number slips for the written test will be uploaded to the NTS website.

Important Notes

  • The written test date will be communicated to shortlisted candidates through NTS.
  • Shortlisted candidates who pass the test will be called for an interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview appearances.
