Indus River System Authority (IRSA) is a Federal Autonomous Body responsible for regulating and monitoring the distribution of Indus waters in accordance with the Water Apportionment Accord-1991.

Applications are invited for the following temporary positions at IRSA Headquarters, Islamabad:

General Instructions

  1. Contract Appointment:

    • The appointment will be on contract basis initially for one year, extendable based on performance.

  2. Government Employees:

    • Applicants serving in Government, Semi-Government Departments, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel with a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

    • An advance copy of the application may be submitted directly in hard copy before the closing date.

  3. Age Relaxation:

    • Relaxation in the upper age limit will be allowed as per Federal Government Rules.

  4. Incomplete / Late Applications:

    • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.

  5. Shortlisting & Interview:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

    • No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.
