SOLICITORS (LAW) DEPARTMENT

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited within thirty (30) days from eligible female candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for appointment against the following vacant posts in the Solicitors (Law) Department, Government of Sindh.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Educational qualification, experience, and other conditions shall be strictly in accordance with the relevant Recruitment Rules.

  • Candidates must possess HEC-recognized qualifications.

  • Preference will be given to candidates having:

    • A minimum six (06) months certificate/course recognized by HEC

    • Proficiency in MS Office

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  1. Eligible candidates who meet the prescribed criteria are required to apply online through the Government of Sindh Job Portal at:
    https://sip.gos.pk

  2. Applicants must have passed the IBA Sukkur Testing Service (STS) test with a minimum of 40% marks.

  3. Initial appointment shall be made strictly in accordance with relevant laws and rules.

SELECTION & APPOINTMENT

  • Appointment shall be made under:

    • Government of Sindh Unified Policy dated 26-04-2023 and 21-11-2025

    • Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and rules made thereunder (as amended from time to time)

  • Shortlisted candidates shall be required to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with original documents for verification.

  • Interviews will be conducted as per the schedule uploaded on the Government of Sindh Job Portal.

  • No TA/DA shall be admissible for interview or selection process.
