Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh Province for recruitment to the following posts in the Public Health Engineering & Rural Development Department. Applicants must meet the qualification and experience requirements listed against each post. The application submission period is 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

Public Health Engineering Department

1. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Number of Posts: 142

• Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (at least Second Division) from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.

  2. Six-month Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

• Age Limit: 21–28 years

2. Accounts Clerk (BPS-09)

• Number of Posts: 75

• Qualification & Experience:

  • BBA (Finance) / BS (Finance) / B.Com (at least Second Division or equivalent CGPA) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Age Limit: 21–28 years

Rural Development Wing

Public Health Engineering & Rural Development Department

1. Village Development Supervisor (BPS-11)

• Number of Posts: 22

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (at least Second Division or equivalent CGPA) from an HEC-recognized university.

• Age Limit: 21–28 years

2. Daroga (BPS-05)

• Number of Posts: 17

• Qualification & Experience:

  • Matriculation in Science Group from a recognized Board of Education.

• Age Limit: 18–28 years

Application Requirements & Conditions

Applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:

1. General Screening Test Requirement:

   • All applicants must have passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category or Matriculation Category, as applicable) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks.

   • Applicants must possess the valid passing certificate issued by STS.

2. Age Calculation & Relaxation:

   • Age will be calculated as per the closing date of applications under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024.

   • An upper age relaxation of 5 years is allowed as per Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD) 564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.

3. Quota Allocation:

   • Quotas for initial appointment will be followed strictly in accordance with Government of Sindh laws, rules, and policies.

4. Government Servants:

   • Applicants already serving in Government departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) prior to submitting their applications.

   • The original NOC must be presented at the time of the interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

5. Appointment Policy:

   • Appointments will be made according to the policy of the Government of Sindh notified on 26-04-2023, and under provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, along with subsequent amendments.

6. Interview Process:

   • Applicants must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with all original documents on the interview date.

   • Interview schedules will be uploaded on the official Job Portal.

7. TA/DA:

   • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
