Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) of Sindh Province for recruitment to the following posts in the Public Health Engineering & Rural Development Department. Six-month Certificate Course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

Applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
General Screening Test Requirement:
All applicants must have passed the General Screening Test (Graduation Category or Matriculation Category, as applicable) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 40% marks.
Applicants must possess the valid passing certificate issued by STS.
Age Calculation & Relaxation:
Age will be calculated as per the closing date of applications under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024.
An upper age relaxation of 5 years is allowed as per Notification No. SOII (SGA&CD) 564/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
Quota Allocation:
Quotas for initial appointment will be followed strictly in accordance with Government of Sindh laws, rules, and policies.
Government Servants:
Applicants already serving in Government departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) prior to submitting their applications.
The original NOC must be presented at the time of the interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.
Appointment Policy:
Appointments will be made according to the policy of the Government of Sindh notified on 26-04-2023, and under provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, along with subsequent amendments.
Interview Process:
Applicants must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee with all original documents on the interview date.
Interview schedules will be uploaded on the official Job Portal.
