Contract Term Three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance
Regularization May be considered after completion of three years, subject to fulfilment of prescribed criteria

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university in Accounting, Finance, Econometrics, Mathematics, or related fields.

  • Preferred Certifications/Training: Finance, accounting, compliance, investigation, open-source intelligence (OSINT), fraud detection, financial crime investigation, data analytics, or digital investigations (will be an advantage).

  • PhD holders will be preferred.

Post-Qualification Experience

  • Minimum: At least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  • Preferred Fields: Data sciences, detection of illegal business activities, financial market research, or risk management.

  • Additional Preference: Prior experience working with a regulatory authority.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age limit: 45 years as of the closing date for submission of applications.
