The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), Pakistan’s apex regulator of the capital market and corporate sector, invites applications from qualified, result-oriented professionals with integrity, sound technical knowledge, and strong analytical skills for the following positions in the Insurance Division, based in Islamabad.
Number of Positions: 02
Qualification:
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Post-Qualification Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Must include:
At least 4 years with a Big Four audit firm
At least 3 years with a financial sector regulator
A strong understanding of:
Insurance laws
IFRS-17 (Insurance Contracts)
Current solvency and risk-based capital frameworks
Note: CA Articleship will be considered as part of the required experience.
Age Limit:
Maximum 45 years as of the closing date for applications.
Nature of Employment:
Contract-based for a period of 3 years
Possibility of regularization after three years, subject to satisfactory performance and meeting SECP criteria.
Preference will be given to female candidates who meet the specified criteria.
