  1. At least 2nd Class B.E (Civil) from HEC recognized University I Institution with valid PEC registration. ID

  3. Additional qualification will be given due weightage
  1. At least 10 years' professional experience of Implementation of large project (Including design) having worked with multination- al companies of International repute or worked with Govern- !anent/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization.
  2. Proven managerial capabilities in Supervision of Construction of Building works, infrastructure and other related works.
  3. Proven Experience of Rules/Regulation Government contracting procedures for tendering, evaluation execution and procurement etc.
  4. Proven Experience of working through the Consultant & contractor supervision and preparation of monthly and quarter- ly progress report Candidate having Experience with Public Sector Universities will be preferred.
  5. Well versed in PEC, PPRA, SPPRA, Planning Commission. Finance and Project Management and other Government rules/ procedures prescribed for the development projects.
  6. Successful Candidates will be responsible for implementation/execution of all components of the development project as per PC-I provision and as prescribed ToR/Guidelines of Planning Commissionof Pakistan.
02 Office Assistant Max Age: 40 Years Salary: 50,000/- Contract
  1. At least 2nd Class Bachelor Degree from HEC recognized University/Institution.
  2. Preference will be given to those having 1st class degree.
  3. Additional qualification will be given due weightage
  1. At least 2 years' experience in any Public/Private organization related to Project Documentation.
  2. Having sound Knowledge of Microsoft Word Office, Excel, Power Point etc
  3. Letter Drafting Skills.
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Only Sindh Domicile are eligible.
  2. Application form is available on website www.jsmu.edu_pk hard copy of the application form should be sent along with the two recent photographs one set of attested photocopies of relevant documents in a sealed envelope with three current referral and brief curriculum vitae.
  3. Every Application must be submitted along with an original pay order of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) in favor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi.
  4. Incomplete application in any manner will be rejected
  5. All information will be kept confidential.
  6. Please clearly mention the name of post on the right top of the envelope.
  7. Institution reserves the right to reject any or all the applications.
  8. Only short listed applicants will be called for written test i interview.
  9. Applicants currently in Government service should apply through proper channel.

  12. The positions are purely temporary for one year, extendable for another one year on performance basis.
