Project Implementation Unit (PIU): Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE)

Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA), Government of the Punjab

The Government of the Punjab has received financing from the World Bank for the PULSE Project (IDA Credit No. 7041-PK) and intends to hire the services of individual consultants to support project operations.

Assignment Overview

  • Project Title: Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE)

  • Role: ICT Operations Specialist

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Selection Method: Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants (World Bank Procurement Regulations).

Eligibility & Qualification Criteria

Interested candidates must meet the following professional standards:

  • Education:

    • Minimum 14 years of education (Bachelor's degree) from a reputable national or international university.

    • Preferred fields: Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

    • Bonus: Additional project management qualifications will be given extra weightage.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum ten (10) years of total post-qualification experience.

    • At least five (05) years of experience working in a senior-level capacity.

    • Experience in IT-related projects is considered a significant advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in computer applications and standard office software packages.
