Our client, a Karachi-based organization, is seeking experienced and dynamic professionals for the following positions:


🔷 Position: General Manager – New Ventures

Role Description:
The General Manager will be responsible for leading new business development, exploring diversification opportunities, driving M&A transactions, and collaborating with key stakeholders to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and lead new business opportunities across various verticals.

  • Conduct ongoing market research and networking for investments and diversification.

  • Explore, structure, and execute M&A and partnership models.

  • Serve as a liaison with industry partners, government entities, and potential clients.

  • Ensure seamless execution of new ventures with cross-functional teams.

  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Foster a high-performance culture in the New Ventures team.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education (preferably a Master’s degree) from an HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign institution.

  • Preferred fields: Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics.

Experience:

  • 14–15 years of total experience in a large national/multinational organization.

  • Minimum 5 years in business development, project finance, or M&A roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in venture development and strategic execution.

  • Strong financial analysis and risk management skills.

  • Leadership capabilities with a record of driving innovation.

Age Limit:

  • Preferably not more than 50 years as of the last application date.


🔷 Position: Middle Management – Transformation & HR Projects

Role Description:
Support and implement HR transformation initiatives, including digitalization, SAP SuccessFactors, and organizational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing HR transformation projects and system implementations.

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure smooth integration of SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Develop performance improvement frameworks.

  • Optimize HR services through coordination with internal teams.

  • Regularly update HR policies and design interactive people analytics dashboards.

  • Manage HR projects end-to-end and support in creating HR frameworks for new business ventures.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education (preferably a Master’s degree) from an HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign institution.

  • Preferred fields: HR, Organizational Development, or relevant.

Experience:

  • 6–8 years of experience in large organizations.

  • At least 2–5 years in HR project management or systems implementation.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.

  • In-depth understanding of HR systems and policies.

  • Strong project management and data analytics skills.

Age Limit:

  • Preferably not more than 40 years as of the last application date.


🔷 Position: Junior / Middle Management – Sales Professionals

Role Description:
Manage sales performance, retail operations, customer service, and compliance across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales performance and assign area-wise targets.

  • Resolve operational issues in collaboration with technical teams.

  • Motivate partners and address underperformance.

  • Track daily and territory-level sales performance.

  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality standards.

  • Manage stock audits and customer training.

  • Enforce HSE and compliance policies.

  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns.

  • Conduct competitor and market intelligence analysis.

Education:

  • Minimum 15 years of education (preferably a Master’s degree) from an HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign institution.

  • Preferred fields: Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.

Experience:

  • 3–7 years of experience in a national/multinational organization.

  • At least 2–5 years in sales, retail operations, or customer service roles.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales.

  • Knowledge of the petroleum industry is preferred.

  • Proficiency in business and sales tools/software.

Age Limit:
