DATA SCIENTIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collate required data and information in repository, perform data mining and structured and unstructured data analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, generate and test working hypothesis, prepare and analyze historical data and identify patterns.
• Develop stochastic models to predict and forecast several factors and variables as required.
• Document the methodology of the models. Back-test the model estimates and calibrate accordingly to improve accuracy.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution / equivalent foreign degree in Econometrics/ Actuarial Sciences/Statistics/ Math.
• Possess overall 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, Stata, R and/or Python.
• The incumbent shall possess analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Understanding and analyzing data sets and econometrics.
• Strong understanding of statistics, structured and unstructured data analysis, predictive modeling techniques and data visualization.
• The candidate should not be more than 28 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.

E-COMMERCE ANALYST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Keep abreast on the development within the market about E-Commerce and Fintech technology, products, processes and operations.
• Evaluate and recommend best practices in E-Commerce and Fintech products, technologies and methodologies, and help build and define E-Commerce strategies and business proposals.
• Identify market trends, new products and innovations and assist in planning and development of E-Commerce products and services.
• Analyze the economics, risks and profile of the proposed products and services.
• Take ownership of the project from design to delivery to ensure key business objectives are met and continually raise the bar of quality in products and services.
• Prepare detailed reports on the concept products, proposals and potential investments and make presentations enabling senior management to take informed decisions.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 16 years of education from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/ equivalent foreign degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on the development and/or management of E-Commerce and/or Fintech portfolio.
• Possess excellent technical aptitude, strong ownership, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills.
• Data-driven and familiar with quantitative testing, experience of using analytical tools.
• The candidate should not be more than 28 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.

DEPUTY MANAGER LEGAL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle and monitor litigation cases before different courts/forums of law through external counsels, review the pleadings prior to filing before the courts and maintain the status of court cases and follow up with the external lawyers.
• To vet agreements, MOUs, addendums etc. and other legal documents and render legal opinion in the matter, if required.
• To provide legal advisory services and other required legal assistance to the departments on their different legal issues after review of inquiry reports, charge sheets, show cause notices, Court Orders and other relevant documents.
• Review all relevant contracts, agreements, letters, proposals etc. to ensure compliance to the prevailing laws and regulations, and raise issues that may have legal and statutory implications to the Company.
• Keep abreast of legal and statutory development pertaining to the business of the Company, update and advise the supervisor accordingly.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• The candidate must have a Law Degree from HEC recognized Law University or Institution. Solicitor, Bar-at-law, L.L.M. or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Possess overall 4 years of professional experience with minimum 2 years related experience in a junior management position.
• Ability to work independently having excellent interpretation and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, adaptability and teamwork skills.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Business Ethics and Compliance.
• High personal integrity and strong ethical values; used to working with utmost confidentiality.
