Terms and Conditions

  1. Nature of Employment: The above-mentioned posts are purely on Daily Wages / Contingent Basis for 89 Days. The hired/selected candidates/staff on daily wages/contingent basis shall neither confer any right of regular appointment nor shall such appointment be regularized under any circumstances. Further, they will not have any right to sue in any court of law for their appointment/regularization.

  2. Approval of Posts: The above-mentioned seats/posts have been approved by the Board of Management, College of Nursing, Sialkot.

  3. Reading Instructions: Candidates are advised to read all terms & conditions and instructions of the advertisement carefully.

  4. Application Requirements: Applicants are advised to submit their applications complete in all respects along with:

    • Attested copies of Degrees/Certificates

    • CNIC

    • Domicile of Sialkot, Punjab

    • Recent photograph

  5. Submission Method: The complete application along with required documents should reach the office of the Principal, College of Nursing KMSMC/AIMTH, Sialkot, during office hours on or before the closing date through Registered Post/TCS/Courier Services Only.

  6. No Hand Delivery: No applications shall be received by hand. No extra time will be allowed for postal transit etc.

  7. Late Applications: No applications shall be received or entertained after the closing date.

  8. Shortlisting: Only short-listed candidates will be called for the test/interview.

  9. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be given to the candidates called for test/interview.

  10. Domicile Preference: Candidates having domicile of Sialkot District, Punjab will be preferred.

  11. Right to Modify: The Appointing Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of advertised posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.

  12. Pay Scales: Appointment of Daily Wages/Contingent Basis/Work Charged employees shall be made/paid in accordance with the procedure laid down in the prevailing Schedule of Wage Rates issued by the Government of the Punjab, Finance Department.
