Job Posting: Hospital Administrator

The Cancer Foundation, a not-for-profit institution dedicated to providing affordable and high-quality cancer care, is seeking applications for the position of Hospital Administrator for its 100-bed cancer hospital located in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient and effective management.

• Manage hospital staff, budgets, and resources to provide excellent patient care.

• Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with the Foundation’s mission.

• Ensure compliance with all health regulations, quality standards, and hospital accreditation requirements.

• Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and hospital efficiency.

• Lead hospital administrative teams in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects and initiatives.

• Communicate with stakeholders including patients, families, healthcare partners, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: MBA in Hospital or Healthcare Management (mandatory).

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years in hospital administration or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage a large team in a healthcare setting.

• Understanding of financial and operational aspects of hospital management.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
