The Model Pharmacy Wazirabad Institute of Cardiology, Wazirabad invites applications for the following post on a Lump Sum basis for a contract of one year (extendable on satisfactory performance).

Rs.27,000/-		 Intermediate (Second Division) from recognized board. A speed of 25 words per minute in typing on a computer in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office management application and shall demonstrable such proficiency 01 21-30 Experience in private pharmaceutical companies will be preferred
04 Junior Technical/Dispenser
(Pharmacy) Rs.25,000/-		 FSc (Second Division) from a recognized board having a diploma in the relevant Allied Health Science discipline from a recognized board. If once is available then candidates having qualification of Matric (Second Division) with Science Subjects from a recognized board along with two years diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute. 01 21-30 Years The training in relevant discipline/three months designated by UHS or Dist. Health Developing Center (DHDC) followed by training examination conducted by Punjab Medical Faculty. Candidates must have good knowledge of retail pharmacy and command on relevant software i.e. Abuzar, etc
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Attested copies of all educational qualifications, experience certificates, two latest passport size photographs, residence/domicile, national ID card, and two self-addressed postal Employes must be attached with the application. It is mandatory for applicants to mention their mobile number dearly on the application. Candidates with relevant higher qualifications will be preferred.

2. Applications completed in all respect should reach till 31-12-2021 in the office of the chairman of this pharmacy.

3. Five years of relaxation in the upper age limit shall be allowed.

4. Candidates must be domiciled in any district of Punjab.

5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and informed by the pharmacy administration regarding data and venue of the interview. The date of the interview will be informed after due process.

6. The candidates must bring all original documents related to the job, at the time of the interview.

7. Model Pharmacy is a non-Government organization and fixed Pay will be given. (This is a Government job, cannot be converted to Government Job in the future in any circumstances. The place of working is at Model Pharmacy at WIC Wazirbad)

8. No TA/DA will be allowed to the candidate for the interview.
