Career Opportunity

Peshawar General Hospital invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Hospital Administrator.

Position Title

Hospital Administrator

Qualifications & Experience

  • Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in one of the following disciplines from a recognized institution:

    • Hospital or Health Services Management

    • Business Administration

    • Public Health

    • Public Administration

    • Or any other relevant management discipline

  • An MBBS or other medical qualification in addition to a Master’s degree in management will be considered an added advantage.

  • Candidates with a minimum of seven (07) years of experience in senior management positions will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for leading and managing the hospital’s administrative and non-clinical operations, including but not limited to:

  • Financial management and budgeting

  • Human resource management

  • Procurement and supply chain operations

  • Facilities and building maintenance

  • Oversight of ancillary and support services

  • Other administrative functions as assigned

The Hospital Administrator will report directly to the Board of Directors.
